Yale Partnership Pledge Plus offers 15-year guarantee

Yale’s Partnership Pledge Plus scheme offers housebuilders, local authorities, social housing associations and social landlords a unique opportunity to access the company’s security expertise and gain an audited 15-year guarantee.

The scheme sees a dedicated Yale account manager work with the specifier and social housing provider to ensure that the right hardware specification is met in line with the latest Building Regulations, British Standards and common practice.

As part of the process, Yale also works closely with the chosen fabricator to assist in selecting the right hardware and advise where required that the hardware is being fabricated correctly. This may include factory audits and site visits.

This package is designed to provide social housing associations with peace-of-mind that the door and window hardware on their buildings has been specified, supplied and fitted correctly.

An alternative version of the scheme, the Yale Partnership Pledge, offers a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Paul Atkinson, managing director for Yale, commented: “It’s been almost two decades since our Securistyle brand launched the two warranty schemes that have been taken up by many LAs, HAs and social landlords. We are proud to be part of this market sector and continue helping ensure the right specifications are met in social housing.

“Our expert team can help specifiers and fabricators make the right choices first time, and conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance throughout specification, fabrication, installation and whole product life. On top of that, both the Yale Partnership Pledge Plus and the Yale Partnership Pledge are completely free of charge.”
