Tradeglaze invests in Emmegi saw
Lincolnshire fabricator, Tradeglaze, has taken delivery of a new cutting machine for its aluminium factory.
Following an investment of over £500,000 in machinery over the last year, the new Emmegi Precision TS2 double mitre saw is part of the company’s long-term, sustainable growth plan.
Tradeglaze group managing director, Jeremy Wetherall, said: “This investment signals our commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality aluminium products. The new Emmegi machine offers several key benefits, including remote and computer optimised operation, which will help reduce error and waste as well as providing additional safety measures.”

The Emmegi Precision TS2 allows for various cutting options, including over-length, short-cut, bevel, and even transform arrowhead cuts. The absolute accuracy of angles is electronically programmable, guaranteeing precision to an impressive 280 positions per degree. Additionally, it manages all angles from 45° internal to 15° external, with hydro-pneumatic cylinder-driven blade feeds.
The purchase of the Emmegi machine is part of the group’s ambitious growth plan that includes investment in product development, safety protocols, professional development and comprehensive staff training for the company’s teams.
