Aluk has launched a new consumer website designed to generate retail enquiries for customers operating primarily in the resurgent retail market.

Now live at www.alukhome.co.uk, the new website has been designed with stylish visuals and information for homeowners and installers. It is aimed at those who might be considering aluminium windows and doors for the first time and includes design advice, as well as case studies showing transformations in traditional, heritage and modern properties.

A guide answers the most frequently asked questions on products, performance and security, and consumer-friendly explanations of everything from configurations to finishes, U-values and WERs, and glazing options.

Alex Gallop, Aluk’s marketing communications manager, said the aim of the website was to show homeowners how easy it was to use Aluk’s range of modern, energy efficient windows and door to realise their design dreams – no matter what age or style of property they live in.

“We’ve optimised the website so that it will rank highly in online searches and help to generate enquiries which we can pass directly on to our customers,” she said. “It will be updated regularly of course with new products and projects, and the stunning gallery wall we’ve created will become a showcase for our customers’ very best work.

“The previous consumer website generated more than 500 leads every month for our network of fabricators and this new site will undoubtedly bolster that figure which is great news for customers.”
