Reynaers secures triple G-Award nomination

Reynaers Aluminium UK has been shortlisted for three G-awards including Sustainability Initiative of the Year, Promotional Campaign of the Year, and Customer Care Initiative of the Year.

The sustainability award nomination recognises Reynaers’ commitment to cutting carbon emissions in its own operations and the wider supply chain through its Reynaers Act strategy. This includes the introduction of more cradle-to-cradle products and creating thermally efficient systems. This is backed by the company signing up to the Science-Based Targets Initiative to demonstrate how it is setting and working towards its goals.

The Promotional Campaign of the year recognises Reynaers’ commitment to promoting sustainability within the industry – including its own sustainability strategy, as well as the need for change, and issues surrounding regulatory changes.

Furthermore, the work that Reynaers has done to ensure its customers receive a high level of service has been recognised by the Customer Care Initiative of the Year.

Samantha Hill, head of marketing at Reynaers Aluminium UK, said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted in three G-Awards especially as they are in categories that we, as a company, are so passionate about – sustainability and customer care.

“Customers are at the heart of everything that we do and making sure they receive the service that they expect, along with products that are fit for a more sustainable future has been our focus.

“Innovation and product development are cornerstones of the Reynaers’ brand and in Reynaers Act we have combined this with a pledge to support sustainable building design to help create a better future for the people in our company, our customers and communities around the world. Sharing this message through our promotional work has been a privilege as we play our part in helping to cut carbon emissions.

“It is with thanks to the continual drive of the whole Reynaers team that we have been shortlisted for such highly regarded awards.”
