Long service awards at Window Ware
Window Ware has recognised two members of staff for their long service to the company with Rick Adams, area sales manager for the Southeast, marking 25 years and purchasing co-ordinator, Hayley Jackson, celebrating two decades.
Rick is said to be a cornerstone of the Window Ware area sales team and instrumental to the company’s strong reputation and success in the Southeast of England. Renowned for his dedication, expertise, and professionalism, Window Ware says he has become the go-to source of trusted hardware solutions and advice for countless door and window businesses in the region.
“Rick’s pride, enthusiasm and passion for the industry are truly infectious,” said Sam Nuckey, Window Ware’s MD. “He’s a great guy to work with and always has a smile on his face and a story to tell. An invaluable asset to our team and a trusted partner to our customers, we’re incredibly grateful for how Rick’s efforts in the Southeast region and within the wider business have positively impacted his customers and the company that Window Ware has evolved into over the last 25 years.”

Hayley’s journey began back in May 2004 when she joined the company as an internal sales administrator – Northwest. She is said to have quickly established herself as a customer favourite, renowned for expert support and guidance with a friendly and efficient approach and was named a finalist for the prestigious Unsung Hero G-Award in 2019.
In September 2022, her focus changed, and she successfully transitioned over to the purchasing department. Hayley continues to support customers albeit behind the scenes instead, working hard to ensure Window Ware always has the right stock ready to meet all their hardware needs.

Hayley remarked: “Back during my days as sales coordinator, right up until present day in my role as purchasing officer, I’ve seen the same key focus on building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers running right through the business. I’ve enjoyed being part of a company that’s grown so much while staying true to its core values.”
