Technically dedicated

Stevenswood has created a dedicated technical team to offer expert guidance for installers fitting its conservatory products, from complete conservatories to lanterns and flat roofs.

The company has appointed a team of advisors led by Craig Scott, the company’s sales director.

Stevenswood created the team to meet the rise in demand for expert help in what it calls a “technically challenging area”.

The office-based central support team has experts dedicated to helping customers fitting conservatories, and will be available by phone or email.

Conservatory experts Alastair Nicol and Andrew Towell will provide support on specification enquiries and will provide quotes on the most up-to-date software to enable customers to show professional drawings to their customers.

The team of five will include technical manager Chris O’Neill (previously with Ultraframe), who will also be in the field and offering onsite technical support. He will be available to advise on the best products for an individual project and can help with specification.
