Supporting growth

Endurance Doors has employed new personnel right across the business.

Most recently, Callum Shrimpton was promoted to the new role of technical services supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day running of the field-based service engineers, in addition to being the first and expert point of contact for all technical queries.

Elsewhere in the same function Ben Dowell joined as product specification engineer and brings extensive CAD skills to Endurance Doors, which will be fundamental in its new product development process.

On the quality control side, Ian Lee was appointed continuous improvement engineer and Kobir Kousor as quality technician.

Stephen Nadin, managing director of Endurance Doors, said: “The old adage of ‘you’re only as good as your staff’ rings true and that’s why we invest in the best people possible. As an independent business we’re able to adapt to the needs of the market quicker than most and this is part of the reason why the Endurance Doors package is so attractive to installers.”
