New HR appointment
ODL Europe has appointed Laura Cribb as its HR manager.
Nathan Barr, managing director of ODL Europe, said: “Here at ODL Europe we put our people first, so our HR function is critically important to the business.”
Laura is a qualified HR professional with a wealth of experience in HR across numerous different sectors. She has recently completed a Masters in Human Resource Management, which included a Level 7 CIPD, a qualification that will lead to her becoming a Chartered Member of CIPD.
Laura said: “I’m really looking forward to joining the team at ODL Europe, to getting to know the business and building engaging relationships with colleagues. The business has exciting plans for growth and I’m excited to be part of them.”
