Charity goal spelled out
Team members from Solarlux cycled 550km from Vauxhall Bridge in London to the company headquarters in Melle, Germany, to raise money for Solving Kids’ Cancer – a charity dedicated to supporting families affected by neuroblastoma.
On June 1, 17-year-old Vanessa Riddle, the much-loved daughter of Solarlux sales manager Chris Riddle, lost her decade-long battle with Neuroblastoma, a very aggressive form of Childhood Cancer.
The route the team travelled was decided with Vanessa at its heart, the destinations in fact spelled her name.
