Senior Department Manager

This company leads the way in home improvement design and installation, having built a strong background with over 32 years’ experience installing conservatories, orangeries, extensions, windows, doors, and rooflines. We pride ourselves on our high-quality customer service of bespoke designs, truly suiting to the clients’ needs.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Senior Department Manager to join our team on a full-time basis based in Bradford.

This person will oversee all operational activities in relation to the installation of products and ensure a high level of customer service is provided throughout.
Part of the core operations responsibilities include resourcing, staffing, recruitment, and financial processes linked to the budgeting aspects of the role.

As a Senior Department Manager, you will:

  • Ideally have a least 3 years of Operations experience ideally within home improvements but not essential.
  • Be able to successfully manage, lead and support a team.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Core responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of new starters
  • Financial processes
  • Customer delivery
  • Ensuring KPI’s are met across the department.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.30pm but must be able to work flexible hours as and when required.
