Tradeglaze nominated for Supplier of the Year

Lincolnshire manufacturer, Tradeglaze, has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Product Supplier of the Year’ category in the 2022 Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards.

Organised by the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, the annual awards bring together the best of the construction and property industry in Greater Lincolnshire every year to celebrate businesses with ‘vision, innovation and support’ for industry in Lincolnshire.

The ‘Product Supplier of the Year’ category recognises Lincolnshire-based businesses which have achieved significant growth and impact, introduced commercial innovation and collaborative measures and implemented strategic marketing to improve the customer experience over the last 12 months.

Tradeglaze has been selected as a finalist following a year of considerable investment, including a six figure spend on new offices, a new PVC-U profile welding machine, a glass cutting table and new stock control software.

The company has also added six new members to its teams and invested heavily in staff training. Two new vans have been added to the fleet and three have been upgraded. The company has also launched brand new websites and has rolled out new product brochures for both Tradeglaze and the company’s retail offering, Jackson Windows.

Jeremy Wetherall, managing director of Tradeglaze, said: “Being shortlisted for the Product Supplier of the Year Award is an honour and well-deserved recognition for everyone across our business. The last 12 months have been the most challenging time in the history of our company. To be selected as a finalist by the judging panel is a very big deal for our teams who have been working extraordinarily hard.

“We have gone against the odds dealing with unprecedented material shortages and raw material price increases to continue providing high quality products and a five-star service to our customers.

“We have come out of this year [2021] stronger and more resilient than ever before. Our plans for 2022 are bold – we are very excited for the year ahead.”

The 2022 Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards winners will be announced at the awards dinner on Thursday February 3 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln. The ceremony will be hosted by former RAF Fighter Pilot and Executive Officer of the world-famous Red Arrows, Dan Lowe, alongside retired English Rugby Union and Leicester Tigers player, Leon Lloyd. The event will be raising money for Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
