Solidor expands colour and hardware options

Solidor has launched five new door colours, and expanded its hardware offer.
The new shades – antique rose, Champagne blush, copper flame, amber gold and deep merlot – have been introduced following feedback from both homeowners and installers.
Antique rose and Champagne blush were both selected by public vote at the Ideal Home Show 2025 and are said to underline the strong demand for ‘fresh and distinctive’ colour options.
The new colours broaden Solidor’s palette to 32 shades across its ‘Country & Cottage’, ‘Bold & Statement’, and ‘Classic & Traditional’ collections.
Hannah Martin, marketing manager at Solidor, said: “Homeowners see their front door as a style statement, and our new colours reflect the growing demand for individuality and self-expression. These additions give installers more choice to offer customers and ensure they can match the latest style trends with the security and performance Solidor is known for.

“Hardware plays an important role in achieving the right overall look, and the latest additions have been carefully selected to work alongside both traditional and contemporary styles.”
The two new finishes, rose gold and matt black, have been added to the range to help homeowners achieve a coordinated design. The Fab&Fix rose gold finish is available on handles, a letterplate, and a bullring knocker and complements the new antique rose and Champagne blush shades.
Matt black handles are available in three different lengths: ES3 (400mm, 800mm and 1,800mm), EK53 and EK57 variants.
Hannah added: “The extended hardware range means greater flexibility when putting together a door specification, making it easier to deliver the exact look customers want, while also providing more opportunities to upsell a premium, fully finished product.”
The new colours and hardware are available for homeowners to select via the Solidor Door Designer.
