‘Putting the Show in your Showroom’ is how Aluk is promoting its new online Marketing Hub, where customers can select and order from a range of marketing materials.
Aluk has said it has made it easy for customers to access a whole range of distinctive marketing resources to support their own sales of Aluk products – from product and range brochures to showroom posters and branded mugs.
The new Marketing Hub is a bespoke, online ordering portal created within the Aluk website at www.aluk.co.uk.
When they go through to place that order, a message is sent to Aluk so that it can be despatched and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once they are logged in, customers can manage their own orders, track the delivery and create their own reports.
The Aluk Hub includes brochures, fabrication manuals, product data sheets, installation guides, wall charts, showroom support items and branded merchandise.
Sioned Webb, Aluk’s marketing director, said: “We know our marketing material puts us ahead of the competition, and we want to give our customers that same advantage. This is a key part of our commitment to providing the very best customer service in the industry and we’ve made sure it’s a really user-friendly platform which we are confident our fabricators and installers will love.
“We will be adding the option to personalise all the marketing collateral in the coming months and even creating an image library for customers to download our professional images for their own use.”
