Quest has renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Quality management standard ISO 9001 provides guidance for companies and organisations that want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.

Ross Wells, director at Quest, said: “Having ISO 9001 ensures all our processes are aligned and driving for continuous improvement of quality and customer experience. It also helps us meet necessary statutory and regulatory requirements for safety and increases our productivity and efficiency, which helps us keep customer prices low.”

Quest uses non-conformity reporting and trend analysis to spot errors in processes, and quickly makes improvements to improve service.

Daniel Wells, sales director at Quest, said: “Some customers will only work with companies that have been certified to ISO 9001, so this certification helps us retain this work and offer continuous improvement in service for all our customers.”
