When FrameMaker Windows decided to form a new partnership with Distinction Doors in summer 2018, they were pleased to learn that quality products were evenly matched with quality customer service.
The move came after director Tim Buxton explored the level of workmanship delivered by the Barnsley based firm, who are now regular suppliers of a range of competitively priced doors.
“The decision to change supplier and begin a partnership with Distinction Doors eight months ago was the perfect move for our business, on several fronts,” Tim said. “A smooth transition with simple processes meant that administratively, our staff knew precisely what was happening, and when. The support from Distinction Doors’ resulted in a quick, well supported changeover, which most importantly, caused no interruptions to the day to day service we offer. Such a positive experience really set us off on the right foot and has most definitely been maintained since.”
FrameMaker typically purchases standard blanks and products from Distinction’s nxt-gen range.
