Unique enjoys award success

Unique Window Systems has won the Growth Award at the LeicestershireLive Business Awards held in October, as well as the Outstanding Growth Award and Leicestershire Business of the Year 2023 at the Leicestershire Business Awards which were held in November.

Unique was announced as the winner of the Outstanding Growth Award due to its ongoing rapid and sustained growth. In the last two years, the business has seen its turnover almost double from £20.8 million to £39.2 million. During the same time period, Unique’s team has also grown by 50% – from 200 to 300 employees.

Unique attributes its phenomenal success to a focus on reinvesting back into its people and its operations, a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality, and its ability – as a business that proudly remains family owned – to deliver responsive and personable levels of service.

The award wins are the latest in a succession of accolades for Unique Window Systems. It has also been acknowledged with a ranking on the UK Top 100 Fabricator / Installer list and with a listing on the Top 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain (a league table compiled by the London Stock Exchange Group) for the last four consecutive years.
