Training support
Contractors who use Tremco Illbruck’s products can now access a range of free training and technical assistance.
The Illbruck Assured Application and Theory Training Programme offers customers a range of one-day courses at Illbruck’s premises in Wigan. The course is presented by Rob Haliwell who has many years’ experience working in the industry.
Designed to promote best practice and improve delegates’ understanding of the selection and on-site application of window sealing membranes, adhesives, sealants and impregnated tapes (Compriband), the Illbruck Assured programme is suitable for key staff including designers, technical managers and applicators; delegates learn which solutions are best for that specific application.
Illbruck offers a range of CPD seminars covering all aspects of its products. These include several Riba-approved seminars as well as bespoke programmes to meet individual requirements.
“Naturally, we want our customers to get the best results from our products, so it’s in our interest to give them the best possible support,” Tremco Illbruck’s marketing manager Louise Mound said. “It’s about offering, or having the option to offer, the right solution to the right people.”
