Endurance has created a new trade dashboard to help improve its customers’ experience.
Endurance customers can access the most recent installation guides, photography, RAL colour codes and technical information via the hub on their laptop, mobile or tablet.
The Endurance Trade Dashboard offers instant access to aftersales support and customers can request a service call with a guaranteed response within 24 hours. Endurance’s easy-to-use online ordering system is also available via the dashboard.
A feedback area allows installers to voice any concerns they have about their experiences with Endurance.
Another new initiative is Endurance’s new virtual receptionist system, which connects callers to the department they need, be it order processing, aftersales, technical or accounts.
