Recruitment high on Summit agenda
Recruitment challenges and the skills shortage are likely to be big talking points at this year’s Glazing Summit.
That’s the view of Emma Kirkbride, marketing manager of Chase Taylor Recruitment, which is sponsoring the industry conference on Tuesday, October 18 at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham.
“We’ve got more roles available now than ever before but since the pandemic it’s become a very candidate-driven market and the challenge for everyone is finding the right candidates,” she said. “It’s highlighting the importance, now more than ever, of having a specialist recruitment agency that has a strong database and is able to source the best candidates within the industry.”
