Record numbers for Everglade customer conference

The Road to 2030 Everglade trade customer conference was reportedly a hit with customers who joined the manufacturer at its HQ in London.

After two years of cancelled events, the conference pulled in record numbers for a day of presentations, practical workshops, and hospitality.

Jay Patel, director at Everglade Windows, said: “We are thrilled that so many customers chose to take time out of their busy schedules to join us for this event. After the last couple of years, it was great to finally get so many customers back together and discuss the latest business support that’s available from Everglade Windows and our partners.”

After an introduction from Yogesh Gopal and the premiere of the new Everglade Windows film, Jay Patel delivered a presentation on The Road to 2030, talking about new opportunities, how installers can boost their pricing power by channeling the principles of the experience economy, and discussed new product launches that were demonstrated on the day during the Expert Marketplace.

This was followed by a presentation on the changes to Building Regulations which are coming in June and an explanation of how the Everglade Windows range already meets the new criteria.

David-Villa Clarke from DVC Wealth Management completed the presentation agenda, talking to delegates about how they can realise the value of their business and prepare for sale or exit.

Window Designer and TECHtalk interactive workshops were delivered in between presentations, as well as special guest appearances from Business Pilot and Tommy Trinder to discuss the advantages of their software packages.

The workshops ran alongside the ‘Expert Marketplace’ which hosted Window Ware, VBH GB, and Everglade Windows’ local charity St. Luke’s Hospice, who received more than £1,400 in donations from generous guests on the day.

The conference ended with the cutting of a cake to mark the 40th anniversary of the company.

Jay added: “Every time we hold a conference, we get fantastic feedback from our guests, but this year it has been phenomenal. It was so great to welcome everyone back to Everglade Windows – the party continued into the early hours, with our team and guests making the most of being back together for a conference for the first time since 2019.”
