Positive feedback for Edgetech

Edgetech has released ‘overwhelmingly positive’ feedback in its latest customer survey.

100% of respondents received their orders on time and in full and over 60% indicated they use Edgetech products for 90-100% of their IGU units.

Customers also praised Edgetech’s communication, with over 60% expressing satisfaction with the frequency of customer visits, and 100% reporting that their technical inquiries were addressed promptly.

Encouragingly, 100% of respondents plan to continue using Edgetech for the next six months.

Overall, Edgetech achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82, exceeding the industry benchmark and indicating exceptional customer loyalty.
