Partnering with ‘the best’

The Residence Collection has a long standing partnership with window, door and conservatory manufacturer, Window Tech, to deliver high-quality home improvements in Essex and the surrounding area.

Family-run business Window Tech has been manufacturing for 30 years, and The Residence Collection has been working closely with the company for 13 years to manufacture its window and door collections.

The Residence Collection’s R9 collection, designed to authentically replicate 19th Century timber designs, was the first window system added to Window Tech’s product offering when it launched to market in 2010.

Following the success of this product offering, Window Tech’s business is said to have grown quickly, and as such, it expanded from a smaller factory showroom in Romford, to a larger, higher capacity factory in Brentwood.

Since 2018, Window Tech manufactures The Residence Collection windows and doors with Timberweld technology. The result is a perfect wooden butt-joint internally and externally that recreates authentic timber window joinery, but with modern style and functionality.

Over the years, Window Tech added The Residence Collection’s premium door solution, plus the R7 window system, and R2, a more modern system with square aesthetics usually found on aluminium windows.
