Nationwide shortlisted for Made in the Midlands award

Nationwide Windows & Doors has been shortlisted in the Manufacturer of the Year (over £25m) category in the 2024 Made in the Midlands Awards, the annual celebration of the region’s manufacturing sector.

Organised by Insider Media Limited and now in its 14th year, the event sees more than 40 businesses vying for prizes in 11 categories. Other prestigious finalists include automotive giant Toyota and space technology specialist, XCAM.

“This year’s Made in the Midlands Awards has once again attracted a strong range of entries – everything from new businesses with a handful of staff to one of the world’s best-known manufacturers,” said Insider deputy editor Ian Griffin. “The shortlists represent not just the best, but the very best, of what Midland manufacturing has to offer the world.”

Nationwide manufacture and install more than 2,500 glazing products per week, fabricating everything in-house at its 152,000ft2 manufacturing site in Rugby, spread across seven acres.

The winners will be announced on 25 April at Eastside Rooms, Birmingham.
