Josh Forrester-Rodway up for Rising Star Award
Window Widgets’ customer services team leader, Josh Forrester-Rodway, has been announced as a finalist at the 2025 G Awards for the ‘Rising Star Award’.
This award specifically recognises ongoing and exceptional growth, and increasing levels of responsibility, which Josh has demonstrated already despite being in the early stages of his career.
Jade Nelson, customer service manager at Window Widgets, said: “Josh started his career as a customer service apprentice, and from the outset, he demonstrated maturity beyond his years. With a background in window fitting, he brought with him hands-on, transferable knowledge which he quickly expanded through a proactive approach to learning.
“From working in multiple departments of the business, to mentoring other team members and even assisting the warehouse when they are at capacity, Josh has really displayed that he is conscientious and committed and shows great leadership potential. His exceptional customer service is regularly praised by customers and clients have said that he is a credit to the company.”
