Hardware to support heritage aluminium growth

Carl F Groupco has reported an upturn in demand for hardware solutions to support the growing trend for aluminium doors and internal screening systems.

“These slimline solutions have very specific hardware requirements, and our high-quality Fuhr multisafe 856 multipoint locking system complements these aluminium heritage door products.”

The Fuhr 856 lever-operated door lock offers shootbolt locking for single and French aluminium doors. It is available with large back set centre cases of 55mm – 65mm that are perfect for aluminium heritage doors, while the flat 16mm, 20mm or U-Rail faceplate options also suit most aluminium profiles. The locks can be used on left- and right-opening doors for versatility and reduced stockholding.

Fuhr door locks have been tested to at least 200,000 operations and there are robust handle mounts to ensure the lever handle remains in the correct horizontal position.
