Framexpress supplies products to luxury care home

Framexpress has completed the installation of a range of its products in a new luxury care home in Hagley, Warwickshire.

Working alongside contractors, Stepnell, and architects, Harris Irwin Architects, Framexpress fitted its Optima PVC-U windows and doors in the new Cinnamon Care Home, located in Hagley. The new building includes 59 bedrooms and four care suites.

Following a value engineering exercise – which consists of looking at all elements of the project to see if there is a more cost-effective solutions that exists – PVC-U glazing materials were chosen after successfully achieving the high aesthetic standards and regulations.

The products installed consisted of its chamfered PVC-U windows, PVC-U double doors and single leaf doors.

The products were supplied anthracite grey on white and also benefited from 4mm toughened outerpane glass, PAS 24 certification, chrome key or level locking handles and a 18mm argon filled super spacer cavity. Fire exit doors were also fitted, boasting concealed gearing, no external access and a push panic bar.
