Frame Fast hosts golf day
Frame Fast has hosted its annual Charity Golf Day at Breadsall Priory Golf Club, bringing together 72 players for 18 holes of friendly competition while raising £2,700 for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.
This year’s event saw keen golfers competing across a variety of challenges, with plenty of excitement on the course. Using the full-handicap ‘best 2 from 4’ Stableford format, the overall team winners were Andy Startin, Andy Staley, Adam Butterworth, and Adam Jones, who scored an impressive 101 points.
A new highlight of the day was the introduction of the Tarby’s Cup, in memory of Steven Morley – a much-loved friend of the Frame Fast team who passed away last year. Adam Jones claimed the inaugural Tarby’s Cup with 44 points, while another new event, the 28-Handicap Cup, was won by Tom Ward with 42 points.
On-course challenges added further fun, with Anthony Tsolakis taking the Composite Door Challenge with 50 points and Andy Staley winning the Darts Challenge with a score of 160.
The evening concluded with a lively prize presentation and dinner, attended by 86 guests. A live reggae band and some more darts rounded off the evening, giving everyone a chance to unwind after a day on the course.

The money raised at the golf day will be presented to Lighthouse at their Christmas Luncheon later this year. Lighthouse provides vital emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support to members of the construction community and their families, ensuring help is accessible and sustainable for this generation and the next.
