Endurance recognised for investments

Endurance Door has won the Business Investment Award at the North Lincolnshire Business Awards 2023.

Organised by the Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce, the annual North Lincolnshire Business Awards are a celebration of excellence in a range of different commercial areas and are open to all businesses located across the region.

The Business Investment Award is aimed specifically at both inward investment companies and those companies already located in North Lincolnshire. The eventual winner is chosen based on the contribution they have made to the local economy.

In particular, the independent judging panel looks for evidence of the nominated company’s commitment to creating quality employment opportunities for local people, to working with local suppliers, and to reinvesting to ensure sustainable, long-term growth.

Over the last 12 months, Endurance Doors has made several major investments at its Brigg, North Lincolnshire site.

This has seen it install additional production technology, creating increased opportunities for innovation, reducing order lead times, and enabling even greater levels of quality assurance.

The business has also invested in solar panels to help power its manufacturing operations in line with its wider focus on sustainability.

In addition, late 2022 saw Endurance Doors open a dedicated showroom in Brigg to support its installer partners.

Stephen Nadin, managing director at Endurance Doors, said: “As a company, Endurance Doors attaches significant importance to reinvesting back into the business.

“Doing so enables us to continually strengthen our offer, ensuring we can build on our achievements to date and bring additional benefits to the strong and established relationships we enjoy with our installer partners.

“We are naturally delighted that our commitment to the long-term success of our own business, our customers, and the UK economy as a whole is gaining increased recognition from both within and outside of the trade.”
