The FIT Show provides the perfect platform to discover new tools on how to build a stronger business. Ron Crowl, general manager for the window, door & glass at Cyncly, explains why.

Cyncly is a new international group behind a portfolio of software products developed for the window, door and glass industry in the UK.

Cyncly’s brands include First Degree Systems, SoftTech, FeneTech, and Contract ERP. On stand Q15 at the FIT Show, it will be talking to customers and the wider industry about how it can help them achieve their goals.

“Our new brand, Cyncly, unites us and encompasses our passion to drive innovation to enable our customers to be more successful,” says Cyncly’s general manager of windows, doors & glass, Ron Crowl. “We are transforming the way our customers do business enabling them to simplify complexity, grow sales, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.

“Bringing together best-in-industry solutions from all our brands, Cyncly helps everyone in the value chain make their work and the outcomes for their customers amazing.”

For many window fabricators, the Window Designer product range from Cyncly company First Degree Systems is the engine that drives their operations. Users typically purchase the software via a subscription model, and add modules as their business grows.

“For example, a small start-up may just have a chop saw and maybe three or four people on the shop floor,” Ron explains. “They will want to start with a simple configurator, but as they grow, we have a product suite we can customise that will allow them to work smarter. This could include improved stock management, increased workflow, and better customer management.”

Ron explains that by drawing on the expertise in the rest of the group, Window Designer users will have access to a broad new product offering that will complement their existing fenestration software.

“And that’s what we can’t wait to talk about at the FIT Show,” Ron says. “Product development and innovation is happening right now, which will help simplify processes, improve efficiencies, and maximise margin.

“Since launching Cyncly, we’ve been talking to our existing Window Designer customers to discover what new innovations would improve their businesses. Since we now have more than 250 technical experts working across different product groups, we can develop new solutions that will help make our customers more efficient and profitable.”

Ron explains that the demands on modern businesses are changing rapidly, and without the right systems in place to support growth, companies could lose out to competitors that have simply invested in the right software.

“Increasingly, customers are focused on making the jump to online first and towards bigger suppliers while also dealing with rising raw materials and labour costs,” Ron explains. “The combination of Cyncly’s solutions gives our customers a head start in dealing with these challenges. Automation, machinery investment, increased workflow, efficient stockholding – this is the language of modern window, door and glass manufacture, and it is helping to drive innovation in the UK today. Complementary software investment maximises the hardware investments by increasing workflow, optimising inventory, and reducing error.

“Cyncly is investing in the software that underpins that innovation. Fundamentally, we want to transform the way our customers do business and enable them to simplify complexity, increase efficiency, and grow sales.

“We have developed a range of brands that offer customers at every level the opportunity to develop systemised processes to improve what they do, and win new business on the back of it.

“Come and visit us on stand Q15 at the FIT Show – close to the entrance of Hall 11 – where we will discuss how we can help you achieve your goals and overcome your challenges.”
