15 years of leads and service

Leads 2 Trade is celebrating its 15-year anniversary.

“The last 12 months have challenged us all in ways we never anticipated but we’ve never lost sight of our commitment to supporting our members with the leads they need to continue to grow their business,” Andy Royle, co-founder and managing director, said.

“Reaching our 15-year trading anniversary is testament to our dedication to continue trading and supporting our members through what has been and what still are challenging times. The Leads 2 Trade brand has been synonymous with quality leads since 2006 and that will always be the case.”

Its comparison quote websites (including Double Glazing on the Web, Conservatory Online Prices, and Trusted Local Suppliers) help to generate more than 2,000 enquiries per week.

The company has also introduced several developments for members over the years, including premium lead delivery methods (such as pre-qualified hotkey telephone leads and an appointment booking service), a lead vault, and ‘no pitch no fee’ leads.

“To keep providing our members with the lead quality they expect, we have had to constantly develop our lead generation process,” Andy said.

“We have always prided ourselves on our ability to adapt to our member’s needs in terms of not only offering what they want from a lead but also how they want that lead delivered, while keeping the comparison service the consumer wants.

“And that’s never been more important than in the last 12 months, with lockdown regulations changing the landscape constantly. We can still provide regional companies and smaller installers with all the leads they need during this challenging period.”

During the last 15 years: more than 5,000 home improvement companies have registered to the company’s lead provision and appointment booking services; 1.8 million enquiries were received from its websites; 670,000 double qualified leads were supplied to members; and £300 million of business was generated from those leads.

Rob Brown, Leads 2 Trade’s new national sales manager, said: “With demand for home improvements high due to the focus falling on our homes during lockdown, we are generating a huge number of enquiries a week from homeowners looking for windows, doors, conservatories, and conservatory roof replacements.”

Leads 2 Trade’s experienced in-house customer service team is essential to its success, the company said, ensuring that leads are phone qualified to guarantee the consumer has a genuine interest and requirement and is wanting a quotation, saving installers time and money.

And the team has not stopped working during the last 12 months.

“We have adapted since Covid, investing in our IT and telecoms coming out of lockdown one, so that all staff can now work remotely, whether in sales, accounts or our call centre, and all reporting and monitoring of productivity can be carried out remotely, with regular weekly department meetings still taking place,” Andy said.

Leads 2 Trade is offering installers that sign up to its network two free double qualified sales leads when they open a new account.
