Pavilion Systems’ premier service

Pavilion Systems, part of the Prefix Systems Group was established in 1998 fabricating glass conservatory roofs and serving customers along the south coast of the UK.

The company boasts a strong heritage within the region and prides itself on supporting customers from point of quotation to delivery and after sales.

In recent years, the company has relocated in order to scale up for demand and to adapt to a changing marketplace.

Much needed additional space was required as the company diversified into other product areas such as warm roofs, lanterns and aluminium windows and doors.

Lee Parker, general manager at Pavilion Systems, said: “From humble beginnings in 1998 where glass roofs were very much at the forefront of our business, we built a reputation for quality but also had the edge in terms of service at a local level for our customers.

“This has served the business well for over two decades, growing into the premier supplier of glass roofs, and now evolving into much, much more.

“All good businesses evolve with the times,” he continued. “We identified the need for new, larger premises seven years ago as we noticed glass roofs becoming more substantial and more complex, but we also needed additional space to expand into other product areas.

“The solid roof market had gained more traction in the Southeast and therefore we needed more space to cope with the volume. We also invested in an automated CNC machine and saws to ensure we were best placed to increase volumes to meet demand.

“As Pavilion is part of a larger group of companies, we also have access to products made within our group, therefore our competitively priced aluminium windows and doors are available to order as part of a full kit or for replacement window and door projects.

“Our roofs are specified to include any necessary support over larger door openings, backed up by structural calculations and cutting out potential errors, ensuring the order process is hassle free for our customers,” said Lee.

“We’ve been supplying our Warmroof for many years now and there is no sign of the sector slowing down, particularly as homeowners look to save energy through more thermally efficient products. The Warmroof offers customers a fitter friendly construction that complies to current building regulations without the need for additional insulation on the inside of the roof, so there are no unsightly add-ons or fiddly battens to fix on the inside.”

Whilst the solid roof market has grown, Lee adds that the traditional glass roof is still very much a mainstay of Pavilion’s offering.

“Glass roofs remain popular amongst or customer base, they trust us with anything from the larger more complex designs to simple lantern roofs,” he said. “Customers are welcome to look around our facility to meet us and see how we take great pride in the production of our roofing systems.

“Lanterns are also more popular than ever, and we have the ability to supply these on a quick turnaround due to our investment in CNC machinery in recent years,” continued Lee.

“We are well placed to respond to the demands of our customer base with a good mix of products, that are reasonably priced and supplied with a prompt turnaround. The recent investment has been about improving our processes and offering value for money to all our customers.”
