Introducing Dortech Maintenance

Dortech, one of the UK’s leading specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of curtain walling, aluminium windows, entrance doors and roof lights, has launched a new business called Dortech Maintenance.
Dortech Maintenance, which employs 20 people in Huddersfield, provides specialist repair and maintenance work to buildings through the UK, including schools, shopping centres, hospitals and hotels.
Dortech has invested over £250k in the new venture, which is reported to be on-track to achieve a turnover of over £2 million in its first year of trading. Further growth and investment are planned for the next 12 months, including a recruitment strategy for site engineers.
Dortech Maintenance offers a wide range of services to support businesses and individuals nationwide, including maintaining windows, entrance doors, glass screens, curtain walling, roof lights, and silicone pointing.
As well as these core services, it also supports businesses with site investigation reports and surveys, as well as high-level glass replacement, city centre building façade maintenance and water ingress rectification work.
Dave Hircock, maintenance director, at Dortech Maintenance, said: “Past clients of ours include Costa Coffee, the University of Leeds, Haribo, and Rolls Royce. We are dedicated to expanding the lifespan of any installation, working with systems from many of the world’s leading manufacturers, including Technal, Schuco, Wicona, Sapa, SAS, and Kawneer, to name a few.
“Our maintenance services will help to improve security, aesthetics and safety within your home or workplace while also helping you to save money in the long run instead of replacing these installations.”
Dortech Maintenance offers a free survey and no-obligation quote and provides equipment, road management, and labour for every job.
