Installers sign up for Lead Vault service

Leads 2 Trade has reported a spike in members since updating its Lead Vault service – with 25 new installers joining in just three weeks.

The Lead Vault features a range of leads, including web qualified from its comparison websites, call centre qualified, exclusive or semi-exclusive, priced from as little as £15, and leads stay ‘live’ for a maximum of seven days.

Andy Royle, director of Leads 2 Trade, said: “The 25 new installer members have signed up purely for the Lead Vault and we have had some positive early feedback already. We are also starting to see some existing members dip into it, so they can take the premium appointed leads and increase their lead volume by utilising the vault.”

Leads 2 Trade’s primary offering for the last three years has been its premium, fixed appointment, no pitch no fee leads but, as Andy says, it’s not for every installer – particularly as work is harder to come by in the current market.

“Our premium model isn’t a one size fits all, even though 80-90% of the leads we sell are still premium leads. Installers may not be able to commit to a minimum number of leads, or don’t want to cover more than two postcodes, and this allows them to pick and choose the leads they want, when they want them.

“Offering premium leads also means that a lot of our web form enquiries don’t reach that premium quality level, so we’ve got many more leads going into the Lead Vault as a result.

“It’s tough out there for installers, which is why we have provided this mixed blend that will appeal to a wider buyer audience and reached out to them with a more affordable model. With three different lead options, we have now got a lead model for everyone.”

To register for the Lead Vault, installers must be registered with their industry body, must have been trading for a minimum period, and must have an existing web presence with reviews.
