Haffner celebrates FIT Show success

Haffner has celebrated another successful year at FIT. Matt Thomas, managing director, said: “We confirmed a sale of the new SBA-4 machining centre on the show’s first day, which set the tone for us. We had quality footfall over all three days and have a strong pipeline of order enquiries to follow up.”

At 586.5m2, Haffner’s stand was the biggest at FIT Show and it meant the team could demonstrate live factory set-ups and showcase a selection of the latest aluminium and PVC-U fabrication machinery from its range. Matt commented: “We have solutions for every type of fabricator and our live factory demonstrations across aluminium and PVC-U fabrication allowed fabricators to see exactly why automation transforms efficiency and quality on the shop floor.”

Haffner is the strategic machinery partner for FOM Industrie in the UK and displayed a full range of machines including the FMC230 CNC machining centre with its four controlled axes, the heavy-duty FMC340 CNC machining centre and the Blitz Alva double head saw.

PVC-U fabricators were reportedly drawn to the SBA-4 machining centre, the TT 405 Haffner double mitre saw and the SMR-5 welder, said to be the fastest and most accurate welder on the market today.

Also attracting attention was the exclusive Graf Synergy range, including the SL4-FF RS 4 head welding machine and the reverse butt welder. Matt commented: “Graf seamless welding technology is a gamechanger for the industry and this is reflected in the number of patents its machinery has. The quality of the seamless welding is next level, which are perfect for delivering the outstanding quality that today’s high-quality products demand.”

The company has exhibited at every show in FIT’s ten-year history – and Matt says there’s a reason for that: “The FIT Show is great for networking, catching up with industry faces and, of course, sales. This year was no different with three days of quality enquiries. Here’s to FIT Show 2025!”
