External Customer Liaison Executive
Tuffx Processed Glass is one of the largest and most highly respected manufacturers and processors of glass in the UK.
As a market leader we have a continuous focus on research and development within the glass industry and this forms part of our continuous expansion plans for the future.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this new role involves visiting our existing customers within the construction industry, predominantly in the South of the UK but may expand further.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in:
- Customer services/customer facing roles
- Experience within construction/builder’s merchant sector
- Excellent communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively manage, and develop our current customer base
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Provide and present product information where required
- Able to report finding periodically to company Directors
