A record year for entries

The organisers of the G23 Awards have reportedly been ‘overwhelmed’ with entries this year – and with a 70% increase on nominations from 2022, they add that the 2023 event looks to be ‘a huge celebration’ of the UK glass and glazing business.

“The enthusiasm and innovation from the industry has been amazing – we are excited to get onto the judging phase with our excellent panel of experts and can’t wait to announce the shortlist,” said Tony Higgin, event organiser.

Now in their 19th year, the G Awards are firmly established as the most respected industry awards programme, designed to recognise and reward excellence. G23 will take place on Friday 24 November 2023 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

Launched in 2004, and held annually in London, the prestigious event is dedicated to celebrating innovation and exceptional performance from the best companies and the best people in the UK market. Unparalleled in the glass and glazing industry, the awards are highly acclaimed by guests, winners, industry event supporters and commercial sponsors alike.

The event returns this year to the London Hilton on Park Lane and will take place in the Grand Ballroom, following a recent refurbishment of the five-star venue.

Leading names sponsoring the 2023 Awards dinner and presentation include AluK GB, Business Micros, Carl F Groupco, Conservatory Outlet, Deceuninck, DoorCo, Emplas, Epwin Window Systems, Eurocell, Listers, Pilkington, Saint-Gobain, Sheerline, Thermoseal, UAP, VBH and Veka.

The event is supported by FENSA and GGF.
