Affordable Windows Group made its FIT Show debut in 2025 with clear goals – to welcome new customers into the fold, showcase the breadth of its product offering to a broad audience and to strengthen the presence of its Decorio and Timberlook brands within the industry.
The company celebrated measurable success, gaining new customers who now regularly place orders across multiple product lines, including PVC-U and aluminium.
One standout product was the Decorio External Collection French door, which was powder-coated in a bold gold finish exclusively for the show. The eye-catching door divided opinions on the stand but since the show, Affordable Windows Group has secured two confirmed orders of the exact same finish – proving that taking design risks can spark interest and business results.
The right audience
Attracting mainly installers, Affordable Windows Group’s stand is said to have welcomed a mixture of fresh faces and familiar clients rekindling their relationship with the brand. Fabricators also visited – some openly intrigued as competitors – a reassuring sign for the company’s market position.
According to Affordable, the strategic adjacency to Aluplast, a partner who supplies profiles for the Timberlook range, enabled seamless referrals and reinforced collaboration.
The company also reconnected with longstanding collaborator Ultraframe, demonstrating how FIT Show facilitates valuable relationship-building opportunities, especially for team members less frequently engaged in external events.
Highlighting innovation
Affordable Windows Group’s stand was a showcase for the Decorio brand, featuring a curated selection of its collection. Attention-grabbing products like the gold French Door and the Internal Collection sliding door in Painswick finish stood out for their innovation and rarity in the UK market. This unique product differentiation generated buzz and served as a real talking point throughout the event.
And while time on the stand was fully booked, the Affordable Windows Group also capitalised on late-night networking events to share insights and gauge industry sentiment. Such informal interactions proved instrumental in fostering meaningful connections and exchanging perspectives on market trends.
