Product, service and investment

Jeremy Phillips, CDW Systems Group Chairman, explains three key selling points of one of the UK’s longest running aluminium specialists.

For 30 years, CDW Systems has built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading aluminium manufacturers and suppliers.

We have been supplying trade and commercial installers nationwide with our range of competitively-priced aluminium windows, doors, and commercial glazing products, manufactured using profiles from the industry’s biggest systems houses, since 1992.

Here’s just some of the reasons we’re a brilliant partner that can help your business to the next level.

  1. The best products

We supply an extensive range of aluminium windows, doors, commercial doors, heavy duty sliding doors, curtain walling systems, rooflights and lantern roofs, manufactured using profiles from the industry’s biggest systems houses – from Technal and Reynaers, right through to Aluk and Smart Systems.

We manufacture and supply aluminium solutions for use in domestic and commercial applications, ensuring the highest performance levels are attained, regardless of the type of application.

Most of our products are available in either single or dual colour options with powder coated colours and finishes from the RAL colour range.

Furthermore, many of our products are tested to achieve the PAS 24 security standard with independent certification through BSi.

  1. The first-class support

As a fabricator you must be much more than a supplier and at CDW Systems, we have three decades worth of experience and knowledge that means we are perfectly placed to guide customers through what they need.

We understand the high standards set by industry demands in terms of product, specification, and compliance on projects and alongside first-class technical support can offer insight and advice on what products will work best, produce the most cost-effective solution for the customer, and can speak to architects if needed.

Whatever the size of the project, be it a small-scale domestic installation or a full commercial contract, we work closely with our customers to ensure that the correct product matches its requirements. That added value, and providing customers with the back-up they need, goes a long way to helping to ensure their project goes as smoothly as possible.

Alongside comprehensive pre-sales support and technical back-up across our product range, we also support our customers in a range of other ways. For example, with the imminent changes to Documents F, L and O of the Building Regulations on June 15, installers are going to need to make sure they comply.

At CDW Systems we are currently reviewing our product offering to ensure that we can offer fully compliant windows and doors for all projects and have made sure installers have the right advice for their customers. We’re encouraging installers to use our knowledge and expertise.

  1. The continuous investment

As one of the first UK aluminium fabricators to use CNC machinery and punch presses, investing in the business has always been our strategy and being part of the East Manor Group has continued to allow us to do that.

Our 13,000ft² headquarters has seen continuous investment in machinery, new products, and staff to make sure the ever-changing needs of its customers are met.

In the last 18 months alone, we have rolled out several new Smart Systems products, including the Alitherm Heritage Range, the Aliver Rooflight system and Designer Doors and invested in a new Italmac Spring 7000 CNC machine.

This has enabled us to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology that allows us to offer you high volumes, consistent supply and fantastic quality and enhance our products and service so we can provide customers with the products and resources they need to win new business.
