Celebrating successful partners

At Origin, we are always looking for new ways of showing our partners how much they mean to us, and that they really are part of the Origin family.
In order to help them grow their businesses, we innovate new products, offer unrivalled marketing, technical and aftersales support, and create bespoke systems to make their day-to-day lives easier. We also run The Origin Awards, highlighting those partners that have gone above and beyond the industry norm.
First launched in 2015, the awards recognise the fantastic work carried out by our partners and champion the work they do within the glass and glazing industry. This year, there were 14 categories, ranging from ‘Most Impressive Business Growth’ and ‘Best Use of Social Media’, through to ‘Exceptional Customer Service’ and ‘Best Showroom’. Plus, for the first time, the category for the ‘Best International Partner’ was also up for grabs.
We recently announced the winners of The Origin Awards 2017 and were, as ever, impressed with the volume and high quality of the entries. We had more entries in 2017 than ever before, with ten regional awards given to the most successful partners. In fact, we initially only had one ‘Best Customer Case Study’ category, but the entries were so strong that we had to split this category into two, focusing on differing property sizes. We also had four nationwide awards, which allowed our partners to nominate themselves. For this, we received over 50 entries, making it the most competitive year to date, and also shows the need for an industry awards like ours.
2017 was the most successful and profitable year in Origin’s history, and part of the reason for that is the fantastic network of partners we have up and down the country. We feel that the awards are the perfect platform to thank all of our partners for their hard work, highlighting those who had a particularly exceptional year. We aren’t taking anything away from the others, but there have been a few stand-out partners this year, and they deserve the recognition. Hopefully, they feel that receiving The Origin Award was the icing on the cake for a fantastic 2017.
