Exlabesa showcases full range of aluminium solutions

Exlabesa had an impressive stand at the 2025 FIT Show, where it showcased a range of its high-performance aluminium window and door systems.

A particular highlight was the Xlaslide Pro sliding door, with a large 4m x 3m installation that proved to be popular with show attendees.

Xlaslide Pro

Developed to provide unparalleled insulation and structural performance, the XLaslide Pro panoramic sliding system can achieve U values as low as 1.0 W/m2K and it is compatible with both double or triple glaze units up to 42mm.

With maximum recommended dimensions of up to 4,000 x 4,000mm and weights of up to 600kg, it is an ideal solution to capitalise on the growing trend for oversized patio doors.

A subtle and elegant solution, designed to allow large glass units, it guarantees maximum transparency thanks to its complete range of ultra slim interlocks of 25mm face width, and the possibility of concealing completely the outer frame and leaf profiles.

It also allows for unobstructed interior and exterior transitions avoiding the use of low thresholds or boundaries without compromising a high effective water drainage.

KC75 Pro

Also on the Exlabesa stand was the KC75 Pro, a premium aluminium window system ideal for both new builds and renovation building projects. According to Exlabesa, it stands out as the optimal choice for any commercial or residential jobs that require guaranteed security, thermal efficiency, and slim sightlines products.

Available in top-hung and side-hung applications, the system features an innovative central gasket and a thermally improved polyamide that reduces drastically U values. Furthermore, the product can be dry-glazed internally or externally using clip-in beads.

KC75 PRO casement system is fully compliant with current Building regulations and it has been PAS-24 approved guaranteeing extra security to any project.

Upgraded with a bold and slim new look, the product is now available in different design options: a stylish and contemporary casement aesthetic, or a flush option, and with ultra slim sightlines outer frame to sash of only 65mm in standard sash to 75mm in flush option.

Thanks to its fabricator friendly design, KC75 PRO can be quickly and easily fabricated to tight deadlines. It is fully compatible with Exlabesa systems and accessories range allowing to use standard Exlabesa corner cleats, gaskets, beads, cills, corner posts or add-ons.
