Strengthening the customer experience
Insight Data has appointed Lucy Dennis as the firm’s new customer services manager.
Lucy’s remit is to oversee the customer journey, ensuring Insight Data customers are receiving the best possible service across their wide range of platforms and services.
Lucy will work with every department from initial onboarding, through to campaign delivery.
Lucy said: “I am absolutely delighted to join the Insight team. It’s exciting to join such a high-profile business which is achieving great things. My aim is to evaluate the customer journey to ensure we are maximising every opportunity and delivering as much value as we can.
