Fantastic Five on the run
A team of five staff members from Bennett Architectural will be supporting the Donna Louise 5K/10K run at the Trentham Estate on Sunday May 20.
Design team members Paul Johnson, Mitch Pritchard, Gareth Patrick, and Alex Davies, and accounts assistant Janneke Gladwyn, will be putting on their running shoes to support the local hospice that cares for children and young adults by taking part in the 5K route.
Lionel Grant, managing director at Bennett Architectural, said: “This is a huge local event and it will be great for our company to be part of it while supporting a very worthy local charity.”
Katie Tams, regional fundraiser at The Donna Louise, said: “The support of Bennett Architectural really makes a difference to the children, young adults and families, who rely on The Donna Louise, so on their behalf I’d like to say a big heartfelt thank you to their team for supporting our event.
“We have to raise £3.5 million each year to support more than 240 families from Staffordshire and Cheshire, with most of this coming from fundraising and donations.”
The team aims to raise over £150 for the Donna Louise, which will edge Bennett Architectural closer to raising £10,000 over a number of years for the charity.
