Customer support expanded

Deceuninck Aluminium has expanded is customer support function with the appointment of Klare Dean as customer service coordinator.

Starting out in the banking industry, Klare took a career break to raise her family, returning to work in an order processing role in the printing industry in 2016.

She joined Deceuninck in 2018 as a customer service administrator, within the PVCU side of the business, later training as an internal auditor.

Klare joined the Deceuninck Aluminium team in July, becoming a key point of contact for its expanding customer base.

She said: “The enthusiasm here is infectious: the team, the customers. Everyone is behind this product. Whenever I’ve spoken to anyone about Decalu, it’s been a positive.

“As customer services coordinator it’s my job to make sure that that offer is underpinned with the right levels of service and support.

“Even in the short time that I’ve been here, we’ve brought on a number of new customers and it’s great to be part of a rapidly growing and very dynamic business.”
