Arcoframe appoints experienced customer services advisor

Val Featherstone has joined St Helens based profile bending specialist, Arcoframe, in a new role as customer services advisor.

Val is said to have a wealth of experience and product knowledge, thanks to 23 years of working in the profile bending sector.

In her new role she will be tasked with liaising with Arcoframe’s growing customer base for all quotations and product queries.

Her appointment is also timed to further support Arcoframe during a period of expansion. The company has recently improved is manufacturing capacity by 11,000ft2 by purchasing an adjacent unit, and has reported a 20% increase in sales year on year.

Arcoframe, which was established by Charles Richards and Jimmy Chorley, is celebrating two decades in business in 2023. The company’s successful growth over the years means it now employs a highly skilled workforce of 30 people.
