Balls2 Marketing won three awards at the CIPR Midlands PRide Awards, taking home gold for Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy and silver for Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy, while senior account manager Lauren Doyle won silver for Outstanding Young Communicator.

Client strategy director at Balls2 Marketing Sarah Ball said: “The CIPR PRide Awards are so important as they recognise excellence in public relations and communications and outstanding work delivered to clients and employers across the Midlands.

“I’ve been a member of the CIPR for more than 10 years and a volunteer committee member of CIPR Midlands since 2016. Our full PR team are members of the CIPR as it highlights the importance of ethics in all aspects of what we do and the training courses are key to helping the team grow as individuals and offer their best work.”

The CIPR PRide Award judges said: “The judges were impressed by the dynamic approach of Balls2 Marketing which is clearly a fun agency to work for. They have seen impressive client growth and have been able to take on projects that, on the face of it, were challenging to bring alive and deliver success through a combination of great ideas and hard work. The judges were particularly impressed by their clear commitment to CPD, which included career path planning. A worthy winner.”

Lauren joined Balls2 Marketing in 2014 as a PR assistant and has worked up the ranks to senior account manager.
“[Lauren is] an integral part of our team and works so hard to deliver the best results for our customers as well as managing our growing team to perform the best they can,” Sarah said. “To be recognised by the PRide awards is a true testament to Lauren’s commitment to providing excellent communications and abiding by the CIPR strict code of conduct.”
