High profile development
200 Spectus flush tilt andturn windows were specified and installed in the construction of 44 high quality social housing properties for Crawley Borough Council.
The properties are situated in a high-profile location where the aesthetics of the development were vital.
Spectus-approved window contractor Jade Window and Door Specialists was appointed to manage the fabrication and installation of the 200 anthracite grey windows with tilt and turn functionality to ensure safety and practicality across all the buildings, but in particular the two and three story blocks of flats.
The development is situated near several busy roads, which meant acoustic glazing was required on some elevations.
