Partner scheme launched

Arkay Windows has launched its Approved Partner Scheme in a bid to grow its network of partners throughout the UK.

With the scheme, Arkay’s aim is to provide high-end fenestration products competitively and offer exceptional levels of customer support.

Operating in an increasingly competitive market, Arkay Windows said it is providing a scheme that cuts through the noise, and is built around supporting customers.

While the partner programme offers incentives such as showroom discounts, local sales leads, branded marketing collateral and access to a cloud-based quoting and ordering system, Arkay said it is giving loyalty to gain loyalty. Therefore, supporting customers directly is what drives the scheme.

Sales director Nick Paraskeva said: “With the challenges around Brexit, global Covid vaccinations and the increased pressures on the cost of raw material costs, businesses need all the help they can get.

“As part of developing this partner scheme, we incorporated feedback from our existing customers, many who have remained loyal to us since our company was established in 1975. The Approved Partner programme is built with customers in mind and a key area that we wanted to focus on is leveraging the high levels of service that we offer as a business. At the same time, we wanted to provide customers with product, technical, software and marketing support.”

With more than 45 years of experience supplying the trade, Arkay Windows offers a comprehensive range of high-end trade fenestration products for commercial and domestic markets using brands such as Aluk, Schueco and Pirnar.
