Total70 window from Rehau were recent used on a Welsh hotel.

Llanerch used to be a working dairy farm and is today known for its vineyard. Located near the southern Welsh coast, the property is regularly visited by guests looking to wine and dine, enjoy the delicious country cuisine, or have an overnight stay.

The owners wanted to enhance its offering and provide guests with a five-star hotel experience, so and extension towards the back of the hotel was built, bringing the number of rooms available up to 37.

It was important for the owners that the refurbishment and products used kept in with the traditional character of the property. Therefore, the owners engaged with Rehau fabricator GRM Windows to install products that would uplift the look and Victorian feel of the property, and Rehau’s Total70 casement windows in a black brown laminated profile was chosen for the window refurbishment.

Ryan Davies, manging director of Llanerch Vineyard, said: “I was really impressed with the support provided by the GRM Windows team and also how well the Rehau windows fit with what we were after. The traditional style of the windows was a perfect match for the property. We liked the fit of the windows that much that we also had them installed in other sections of the property as part of an ongoing refurbishment project.

“The Rehau windows are amazingly easy to maintain and the thermal efficiency has helped with our overall energy saving. We have received countless feedback from our guests informing of us of how great the building looks and how the new work has only extended the traditional look and feel of Llanerch.”

Rehau’s French doors were also installed in selected points across the property.
