Residence 7 upgrades 1970s property

The Residence Collection has had its Residence 7 windows installed into a 1970s property, using its corse lawn and chalk white colourway.

Partnering with installer, Andy Glass Windows, and fabricator, HS Trade, the Residence 7 range was manufactured using the Timberweld jointing method and installed throughout the property, including a bay window.

The Residence 7 range provides flush windows internally and externally for a modern and versatile aesthetic as well as superior acoustic and thermal properties. The range has A++ energy ratings with this double-glazed installation reaching a U-value of 1.2Wm2k as standard.

This collection is available in 24 colourways. With green and grey undertones, corse lawn was chosen externally to complement the modern character of the home, while internally, chalk white supports with projecting natural light. The installation was completed with Regal antique bronze pear drop window handles.

Jo Trotman, marketing manager of The Residence Collection, said: “At The Residence Collection we take pride in providing homeowners with new windows that complement their properties, but that are also high-performing for years to come. This customer chose fantastic colourway options for their home which really showcases the benefits of alternating colours externally and internally.

“Quality partnerships are essential to provide the premium design, manufacturing and installation service that we have to our customers, and we’re pleased to have completed another successful project with Andy Glass and HS Trade.”
