Online hub is a hit
A new online resource hub from UAP is proving popular with web users, just two months after going live, the company said.
The number of users has increased by 35% compared with the same period in 2018, while the number of sessions has gone up by 20%.The UAP team has also been encouraged by a notable rise in new users, up 3.9%.
When developing the new site, UAP focused on navigation and the user experience. Products are categorised under the company’s sub brands – Doormaster,Fullex,Nanocoast and Salamander– and are searchable by product type as well as accreditation,ie, Secured by Design, Document Q and Fire-Rated. Users can also access a troubleshooting area to find answers to frequently asked questions and guidance on repair and maintenance.
